About George Kirk

George Kirk is an attorney based in Frederick and Hagerstown, MD who specializes in DUI/DWI, criminal and serious traffic cases. George is licensed to practice in Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association.

George attended college at the University of Maryland, where he earned a B.A degree in History while minoring in Middle East Studies. After completing his undergraduate degree, George studied at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he graduated in 2021.

In 2024, George completed the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety course, the same program that police officers must complete in order to be certified to detect suspected drunk drivers.

Born and raised in Frederick, MD, George in his spare time enjoys golfing, cooking, and rooting for the Washington Commanders.
